Toolbars
Toolbars are useful for carrying out common functions by simply pressing the icon. Internet Explorer has a number of icons which are explained below:
From left to right:

Back: use this button to move back through previously viewed pages on a website.

Forward: move forward through viewed pages.

Stop: press this button to stop a website from downloading.

Refresh: If a page doesn't load correctly you can press this button to download the page again.

Home: press this button to return to your default 'Home page'.
From left to right:

Search: press this button to open an Internet search bar on the left of the screen.

Favorites: press this button to view a list of your stored favourite websites.

Media: press this button to open the Media Bar for viewing videos, or sounds.

History: press this button to view a list of previously visited websites.
From left to right:

Email: press this button to access various email functions.

Print: press this button to print the web page you are currently viewing.
Edit with notepad: this button allows you to edit web pages that you have permission to edit (i.e., your own site).
